God raised us up and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

Freedom alone would have shown us more than enough of His goodness, but God also raised us up and we are now seated with Jesus in the heavenly places. From this secure position and spiritual vantage point, we have new perspective and new vision – a place of authority and privilege – of power and dominion. For a moment, see yourself lifted up into heaven and viewing life from this glorious heavenly seat next to Jesus. Now, come back down to earth, set your mind on things above and remember what you saw.
